Authentic Relating - with Horses !

A Small Group Workshop

You're invited to a small group workshop at Hudson Valley HorsePlay!

Come as you are and explore authentic relating with one or more horse partners, and one another.

Horses are play, prey and herd animals and can offer us an abundance of wisdom. They teach us how to love and connect emotionally and spiritually along with assisting us to build our intuitive capacity and sense of belonging.

Horses provide immediate feedback, are non-judgemental, and support us in co-regulation.

Together as a herd, we'll explore mindfulness, awareness and introspection to expand our connection with self, others and community. Activities will include a guided meadow-tation, some herd observations, up-close connection and a group activity to finish.

"The Equine Experience leads us to new forms of dialogue, understanding and compassion" - Marlena McCormick

There is no riding involved and no horse experience is necessary.

Activity level is "light".

Event held shine or rain (beneath a covered arena.)

Facilitated by Brooke Coleman (Equine Assisted Psychotherapist and Social Worker) and Cori Nichols (Equine Assisted Learning Practitioner).

Advanced registration is required.
